The beautifully refurbished Carousel Hotel on Blackpool’s seafront has digital/cable TV and free parking. It is close to Sandcastle Water Park and the Pleasure Beach. On South Promenade, Bar & Restaurant 21 has a view of the promenade and serves a gourmet menu from 18:00. Lighter options are served daily from 11:00. There is 24-hour room service.
